EPFO VADODARA Region Launches the System of Intimating Status of Claims through SMS/Email to the members

EPF Members are requested to write their Mobile Number (Only 10 Digits) or a Valid Email ID on top of the Cliam Application Form No. 19/10-C/10-D/13/31/20/5IF. This will help us to provide Status message of Members' Claim application as & when it is disposed, through SMS/Email.

Employers are requested to ensure that the above information is furnished at the time of submission of the claim application itself in the offices at Vadodara, Surat and Vapi.
