to provide the intimation to the members as to the status of their claims through
SMS/e-mail.
As the commitment to provide quality service to the customers underlines
adoption of technologies which asks for a departure from old practice or earlier
trends which in turn involves a little bit of extra efforts on the part of the consumers/customers
in the form of responsibility to provide the information in the required form to
make the use of such technology successful.
You are requested to provide the Cell
Phone numbers of the member invariably, email-ID of the members as well as those
of yours i.e. employers’, in the claim form at the top. If possible please provide
us with the cell phone numbers of the pensioners as well pertaining to your establishment.
Your are requested to furnish the (9-digit) MICR code of the members bank in the
claim form at the top, in order to enable this office to credit the authorized amount
in the members account immediately.
Submission of F/2 in respect of all the employees
working in your establishment promptly in this office is another vital requirement.
You are further requested to submit F/5, F/10 promptly in respect of all the members
having concern with your establishment every month without any let-up.
